Quotable Quotes

Remember that autograph book you had when you were younger? as in, when you were in grade school, maybe?  Yes, that book you would hand out to your classmates and friends with the intention of getting personal details from them.  Then, you would laugh at their answers because they sounded so weird. Imagine, you've just asked them what their MOST EMBARRASSING moment was.

Also, instead of listing down all the favorites - music, movie, etc - you'll end up getting TOO MANY TO MENTION as an answer.

Crazy.

Nonetheless, those books hold a lot of what we believe in, at least at that moment - like your Motto in life, Life Verse, Mantra or whatever name you call it.  Those stand for your belief and dispositions in life.

I remember one of my friends (I guess, he wasn't serious about it.  I hope so) once had this motto:

Time is gold. So, I will sell time.

Another friend had this for an answer when asked what LOVE is:

Love is the greatest gift you could ever give and the greatest sacrifice you could ever do.

I guess everyone has that motto or life verse or mantra in life.  Mine is simple:

Stop worrying!
Stop worrying about yesterday because it's over.
Stop worrying about tomorrow because it might not come at all.
Stop worrying about today so you could enjoy life to the fullest.

So, what's yours?

    1. Thanks for joining, Tiffany. I was reminded by your quote to set the deadlines for my own dreams, too. I'd be listing them down now and start working on them. :)

  6. I'm not sure that I have a mantra or quote exactly but I'm always trying to remind myself that when I'm old, I'll regret the things I didn't do more than the things I did. Not that I'm giving myself permission to do stupid things, just be more adventurous and fun! To not let being embarrassed hold me back from having a good time.

Sometimes, the thought of being embarrassed holds me back as well. But I have to brushed it off so I could explore life and enjoy.
